Refunds
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 5 calendar days after their order has been delivered to contact us regarding any damages or issues.
